This role involves steering the design from its end of pilot line stage ( B Samples) to mass production stage (C &amp; D Samples) ensuring a thorough validation and review of the design’s performance and manufacturability at each stage with the relevant stakeholders.</li><li>The engineer will possess the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the design and manufacturing process during each phase of scale-up. As the Electrode Industrialization Engineer, the engineer will oversee all cell projects within the Gigafactory, ensuring its successful execution and implementation.
