You will have the opportunity to participate in the launching of our gigafactory and its ramp-up!</div></div><br><br><h3>Missions:</h3><ul><li>In charge of in advanced designing the mixing, coating, pressing, and slitting processes</li><li>Develop, design, and evaluate more innovative processes and equipment.</li><li>Collaborating with the product engineering team to optimize the electrode design</li><li>Supports the improvement of problems in the pilot equipment</li><li>Improving &amp; increasing level of process automation, which will save capital and operating costs</li><li>Testing and validating state-of-the-art technologies for use in the electrode process</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>M.S. in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar discipline</li><li>A sufficient understanding of mixing, coating, pressing and slitting processes and equipment is required</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience working with battery electrode processes</li><li>Expert knowledge of single &amp; dual slot die coating system, fluid mechanics, piping design, and fluid measurement techniques</li><li>Experience with sensors for roll-to-roll web processes, such as beta-ray, x-ray, ultrasonic, laser, and vision inspection.</li><li>Expert knowledge of powder technology, fluid mechanics, rheology, and other fluid measurement techniques</li><li>Strong statistical and data analysis skills with tools such as Python, Matlab, and Minitab.</li></ul><br>
