About the Job
Position Summary: Conduct functional and technical supervision of security activities, ensure the effectiveness of the security activities, provide assist to resolve any security or emergency related issues and maintain the safety and security at the assigned area.
Responsibility:
- Provide security protection to safeguard lives, assets and information and ensure effective implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures at the assigned area.
- Respond to all security and emergency events and provide support and guidance for security and emergency teams to end the event safely.
- Document all daily activities at the assigned area, handle the notification when required and provide detailed timeline reports of all security related events or incident.
- Conduct preliminary security investigation on-site and document all related information.
- Lead the implementation of emergency drills and On-Job-Training and provide all requirements before, during and after each drill or OJT assignment and ensure the readiness of security personnel and equipments.
- Communicate as point of contact for all instructions and notification with the assigned team.
- Direct the assigned team to operate all security posts and handle security systems and equipments properly and manage and oversee the day-to-day work performance of the assigned team.
- Liaise with government or emergency agencies during emergency events or when needed.
- Evaluate the security level and identify any vulnerability/gaps and provide immediate actions when necessary.
- Perform any job-related activities as requested by immediate manager.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or Relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains.
- Experience in luxury automobile repair environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software.
- Must possess a valid driver license
