About the Job

Upright is a rapidly growing impact data company on a mission to make it financially more attractive to run a net positive company than a net negative one. From the very beginning, we have been committed to focusing on the big picture, while ensuring our data is backed by science, comparable, and credible. Today, the Upright Platform is the world’s largest open-access impact database with over 10,000+ companies and 35,000+ fund profiles publicly available. As impact data becomes increasingly central in business decision-making, Upright's data is trusted by 250+ institutional investment organizations and corporations, predominantly in Europe and North America. And this is just the beginning of our journey.

As our customer base expands rapidly, we are continuously enhancing our data engine, tools, and processes to support this growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality. The Upright data team, composed of analysts, data scientists, and software developers, is responsible for ensuring data quality and developing scalable methods for data production.

In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the production and quality of the impact data profiles available to customers on the Upright Platform. This role includes a range of tasks, such as identifying the core products and services of companies, mapping them on our platform, and sanity-checking the results of automated data production methods. It also involves fixing data issues, participating in the development of the data engine, managing access and data versioning of customer results, as well as troubleshooting problems. You will work along with a team developing the overall data delivery model and quality of the Upright data and platform.
