Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.  
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.  
  • Implement strategies to minimize waste and improve resource efficiency throughout the production process.  
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and adopt eco-friendly materials and practices.
  • Supervise and lead the production team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify areas for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure all products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Prepare regular reports on production performance, KPIs, and cost control.
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.  
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Production Manager or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001, IATF 16949.  
  • Proficiency in analyzing production metrics and implementing process improvements.  
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., ISO, Lean Manufacturing).  
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives in manufacturing.  
  • Experience as Team leader of medium - large teams is mandatory.
  • Advanced English Level required.
  • Experience working in an Automotive company.
