You will own and drive recruitment, talent strategy, and enabling organizational success.What you’ll tackleTalent &amp; Recruitment<ul><li>Own the full recruitment cycle for critical technical and business roles.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to anticipate and meet talent needs proactively.</li><li>Develop targeted recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.</li><li>Ensure a frictionless hiring process with a focus on speed, quality, and experience.</li><li>Build a robust pipeline of future hires in alignment with business growth</li></ul>People &amp; Organizational impact<ul><li>Act as advisor to leadership on people and culture related decisions.</li><li>Drive performance, engagement, and retention initiatives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations while maintaining a lean and agile function. </li><li>Develop and implement compensations structures and other applicable policies</li><li>Work with leaders to build a compelling, high-performance culture.</li></ul>Office &amp; Operational leadership<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations of our London office, ensuring a productive work environment.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships and office-related services.</li><li>Drive internal initiatives that reinforce team cohesion and company values.</li></ul>What you bring<ul><li>A proactive, get-it-done attitude with the ability to execute at both strategic and operational levels.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Psychology, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in a similar role preferably in a high-growth tech environment.</li><li>Proven track record in hiring top-tier tech talent at speed and scale.</li><li>Knowledge of UK labor laws and organizational best practices.</li></ul>Skills we value<ul><li>Experience in a hyper-growth startup or scale-up.</li><li>Previous experience working in an international, multi-site environment.</li></ul>Why join evroc?We offer a competitive salary and an equity package to attract the best talent.
