This is an execution-focused, individual contributor role and is a great fit for someone who’s been part of a startup or agency talent team and is ready to take full ownership of delivery for the first time with support, clear boundaries, and room to grow.You won’t be expected to set Shellworks’ talent strategy - this role is about bringing momentum, structure, and consistency to hiring delivery. You’ll lead coordination, sourcing, and pipeline management for multiple open roles, working closely with hiring managers to ensure quality and speed.
