About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing our energy management platform, working across the entire technology stack. Given our growing team, you will have the opportunity to influence architectural decisions, contribute to product development, and help shape the future of energy analytics. Your key responsibilities will consist of:
- Development and maintenance of full-stack applications with a focus on performance and scalability
- Design and implementation of APIs and microservices to support real-time analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Working with large datasets to develop and optimize energy analytics algorithms
- Improving user experience by implementing intuitive front-end solutions using modern frameworks
- Optimizing database queries and ensuring efficient data processing
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and deploy new features
- Participating in code reviews and adhering to best coding practices
- Ensuring high security and compliance standards across the entire platform
Some words on our Tech Stack
Our technology stack is primarily Node.js-heavy, with NestJS on the backend and React on the frontend. However, as our company evolves, so does our technology. We value an open and technology-agnostic mindset more than deep expertise in any single framework. The ideal candidate should be adaptable and eager to explore new technologies as we continue to grow. You'll fit in great if you have
- More than 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Solid back-end development skills with Node.js, Java, or similar languages
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Experience with real-time data processing and analytics
- Knowledge of scalable architectures and microservices design
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to development
- Work on impactful projects
- Competitive salary and benefits starting at € 80.000,- annually
- Be part of a fast-growing startup with ample opportunities to innovate and grow
- Flexible work arrangements
- Awesome offices both in the hearth of Munich as well as Berlin
