We’re looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Undergraduate Project Surveyor to join our Quantity Surveying team and gain some seriously cool hands-on experience with building projects! You’ll work alongside senior Project Surveyors, learning all about cost management, tendering, and keeping projects on track.

What You’ll Do:

• Help measure quantities for cost plans, estimates, and bills of quantities.
• Get involved in preparing tender docs, viability studies, and cost estimates.
• Assist with keeping costs under control throughout projects.
• Provide valuable input for financial claims and evaluate changes in cost reports.
• Help prepare change orders and test market rates.
• Maintain technical libraries and databases for cost analysis.
• Support report formatting, data management, and quality checks.
