Responsibilities:

  • Your tasks include the investigation of suitable processes for coating polymer electrolyte membranes and optimize the associated process parameters

  • You adapt the formulation of the electrode inks used to achieve the best possible coating result

  • You are responsible for supporting the production as well as physical and (electro) chemical characterization of the resulting inks, layers, coatings and cells

  • You will document the test results, evaluate them and present them to the team

Qualifications:

  • You are in a Master´s degree in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering or a comparable field of study

  • You have experience with working in chemical laboratories and maintain a responsible handling hazardous substances

  • Ideally, you already have knowledge of wet chemical methods, fuel cell technology and electrochemistry

  • You have a high level of teamwork, a communicative nature and a structured and independent way of working

  • Good knowledge of German and English completes your profile
