Responsibilities:

This opportunity has the perspective to develop into one of our talented Team Leads.

• Set-up, operation, and monitoring of coating systems.

• Troubleshooting and performing maintenance and cleaning tasks on machines and systems.

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, including recording scrap and conducting rework if necessary.

• Documenting the production process (e.g., setup times, disruptions, production orders, etc.).

• Carrying out data entries in the ERP and ME systems.

• Active involvement in the continuous improvement process (CIP).

• After initial training, assuming team leadership for the coating line.

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology; or a comparable field

• Experience in the textile or plastics processing industry, such as machine setup and operation.

• Certification and confident handling of industrial trucks (e.g., forklift trucks) is a plus.

• B1 Fluency in German language; written and spoken

• Independent, structured, and proactive work style.

• Flexibility, resilience, and strong team and organizational skills.

• Good understanding of production processes.

• Willingness to work in shifts.
