About the Job
- Sie führen Prüfungen von Arzneimitteln in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Laborant*innen und Wissenschaftler*innen im GMP Qualitätskontroll-Labor durch (z.B. Prüfung auf Endotoxine, Sterilitätsprüfungen und Identifizierung von Mikroorganismen mittels MALDI-TOF)
- Zur Anwendung kommen verschiedene mikrobiologische Methoden (Herstellung von Extrakten, Keimanzucht, Keimzahlbestimmungen, Isolierung und Bestimmung von Mikroorganismen, Verwendung spezieller Wachstumsmedien)
- Sie wirken an der Qualifizierung der Laborausrüstung mit und unterstützen bei der Überwachung der Laborgeräte
- Sie arbeiten und dokumentieren unter GMP konformen Bedingungen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Laborant*innen und Wissenschaftler*innen in einem interaktiven Team
