Help shape the energy transition by leading large-scale photovoltaic construction projects from start to finish. Take ownership of timelines, budgets and safety while working with a skilled, multidisciplinary team in a dynamic and growing environment.

What you will do

  • Lead photovoltaic construction projects, including grid connection infrastructure

  • Coordinate internal and external teams: engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors

  • Define and manage the detailed project schedule and milestones

  • Oversee permits, insurances and necessary documentation before work begins

  • Control deliveries, site compliance, and monitor on-site safety and quality

  • Track budgets, validate invoices and run regular construction meetings

What you bring & who you are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering

  • 5–7 years of experience managing construction projects, ideally in renewables

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

  • Committed to high standards in quality and safety

  • Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to teamwork

  • Fluency in German and English
