The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT administration or management, network administration, cybersecurity, system integration and project management, with strong early career experience in a technology role within a manufacturing environment.   Primary Responsibilities: <ul><li>Implement and help support IT strategies and policies that align with company objectives, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations. </li></ul><ul><li>Support and sometimes lead IT projects,  participating in helping hire and train more junior personnel to ensure effective IT service delivery and project execution. </li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for IT service delivery management and user support at the manufacturing site, ensuring smooth operations across the American factory. </li></ul><ul><li>Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems. </li></ul><ul><li>Negotiate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement of IT solutions and services. </li></ul><ul><li>Support the digital factory initiatives for new workshops, production lines, or technical innovation projects.
