Responsibilities:

• Ensuring continous operation of global IT Workplace and mobile systems 

• in cooperation with the German headquarter, partners and based on 

• standards and internal guidelines

• Monitoring, incident handling (2'nd level support) and reporting

• Implementation of adjustments and enhancements incl. creation of the required documentation

• Design, implementation and further development of modern IT workplace 

• and mobile solutions based on M365 and business requirements

• Standardization and optimization of World-wide services in the area of IT 

• infrastructure as well as management and qualification of external partners

• Be part of international IT projects and lead specific sub-projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

• Several years of experience in similar roles

In-depth knowledge in the following areas:

• IT Workplace and mobile systems (Desktops, Notebooks, Printers, Mobile Devices)

• Microsoft Device Management with Intune

• Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud solutions (certification such as Microsoft/Career Certifications is desired)

• Strong team player with global collaboration experience

• Ability to take on managerial functions

• Innovative and ambitious mindset

• Basic project management skills (both classic and agile methodologies)

• Availability for international mobility

• Good English skills (required)

• German language skills (advantageous)
