Responsibilities:

• You collaborate in the preparation and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements
• You support the preparation and analysis of monthly reporting
• You maintain and further develop reporting and accounting guidelines
• You assist in the preparation of presentations for management
• You evaluate and follow up on the development of EU regulations regarding sustainability reporting (CSRD) and requirements related to the EU environmental taxonomy
• You analyze the requirements of the EU environmental taxonomy (EU regulations, FAQ documents, technical literature, etc.)
• You prepare and participate in workshops

Qualifications:

• Degree in business administration, economics or industrial engineering with focus on finance, controlling or accounting, preferably mandatory internship 
• Initial practical experience, e.g. in the context of internships at auditing firms, management consultancies or in the areas of sustainability strategy, sustainability reporting helpful
• Interest in business management issues
• Sound analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Independent, responsible working style combined with very good English skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot, Power BI)
• Commitment, ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility
