Nordic Technical Support - Sensus Product & Systems
As part of Xylem, Sensus delivers advanced metering solutions for water and energy management. Sensus combines precision metrology with digital intelligence, providing customers with smart data, AMI/AMR solutions, and connected infrastructure.
This role involves providing technical support for our customers and sales teams for resolving product and system-related inquiries. You will also support our customers with finding suitable products and solutions for their applications.
You will be a part of a new team tasked to build up our new Smart Metering Internation Nordic organization and will be working closely with the Nordic team as well as product managers, business partners and production facilities in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers, direct accounts and distributors/partners, and linked sales teams regarding Sensus metrology solutions, projects and related projects, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting, covering pre-sales to aftersales processes.
Resolve Sensus product and system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Be the first line support for customer solutions and product claims in the Nordics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, IT, customer service) to address technical challenges.
Maintain documentation of system configurations, issues, and resolutions.
Assist with system updates, upgrades, and integrations to enhance performance.
Offer training and guidance to users on system functionalities and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Technical experience with Sensus products and systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Sensus product management and system integration processes.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Knowledge of relevant tools and technologies for system support.
This position requires a blend of product knowledge both regarding water and energy meters including communication modules, as well as data collection devices and management systems, technical troubleshooting expertise and understanding our products and AMR/AMI systems.
