About the Job
Als Accountmanager Retail ben jij het commerciële gezicht van Eurofins Food Safety Solutions in Nederland. Je richt je op het ontwikkelen van zowel nieuwe als bestaande zakelijke relaties door proactief klanten te benaderen en onze dienstverlening verder uit te breiden. De nadruk ligt hierbij op business development waarin je meedenkt met ons team van experts en de klant. Daarnaast adviseer je het management en de directie over strategische keuzes, budgetten en organisatorische vraagstukken. Jij hebt de verantwoordelijkheid om ons strategisch advies te positioneren bij bedrijven in de retailsector.
Je zult voornamelijk focus hebben op het genereren van nieuwe opdrachten en het stimuleren van de groei van onze overkoepelende adviesdiensten. In deze functie rapporteer je direct aan de directeur en werk je nauw samen met een dynamisch team van collega’s. Je maakt deel uit van het sales team van Eurofins Food Safety Solutions, maar ook van het bredere sales team van Eurofins Food, Feed and Water Testing in Nederland.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Identificeren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe zakelijke kansen voor productveiligheid binnen de retail sector
- Actief uitbreiden van business op het gebied van food en non-food bij bestaande en nieuwe relaties
- Het proactief adviseren van klanten over onze diensten, met als doel hen te helpen in hun groei en het verbeteren van hun bedrijfsprocessen
- Een actieve rol spelen bij klantevaluaties en het organiseren van strategische sessies
- Samenwerken met interne teams om klantbehoeften te vertalen naar passende adviesoplossingen
- Het opvolgen van leads en het ontwikkelen van commerciële aanbiedingen die voldoen aan de eisen van de klant en de financiële doelen van de organisatie
- Het monitoren van de markt en de concurrentie om commerciële kansen optimaal te benutten
- Het bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van onze commerciële strategie in de Nederlandse markt
- Samen met de andere Sales collega’s verantwoordelijk voor omzet- en margedoelstellingen, en specifiek omzet- en marge verantwoordelijk voor eigen deel van het klantenportfolio.
- Het opstellen van accountplannen voor jouw klanten met bijbehorende strategie en budgetten
