Responsibilities

The Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process and excellent candidate experience. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for helping others succeed.

 

 

How you can make an impact:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communications, including interview confirmations and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records in our HR systems, track candidate progress, and ensure documentation is always complete and up to date.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
  • Run monthly reports to provide to leadership team. 
  • Assist with the creation within iCIMS and the posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to support in the onboarding process obtaining required documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees with an emphasis on the candidate experience.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment/HR team as needed.

 

Qualifications

Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) and experience with UKG a plus .
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize tasks, creating process to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination is preferred.
