Position description 

We’re looking for a passionate and driven intern to join our HR Operations & Recruitment Teams for a 4-month Internship Program. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, recruitment administration, and employee lifecycle management, while working in a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities - HR Operations:

• Support General HR Activities: Assist in a variety of HR tasks, contributing to smooth and efficient operations.

• Assist with Onboarding: Support the administrative process for onboarding activities, helping to create a positive new hire experience.

• Help Maintain Employee Records: Assist in keeping employee files accurate and up to date, following internal policies and regulations.

• Benefits Management: Support benefits administration by verifying claims across APJ countries, and handling group insurance enrollments and terminations

Key Responsibilities - Recruitment:

• Support in the Recruitment Cycle: Support end-to-end in the recruitment cycle, from CV screening for entry-level positions to making sure all candidates receive feedback for pipeline clearance. 

• Assist with Onboarding: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support onboarding logistics for new hires. 

• Reference Checks: Support recruitment general administration and reference checks to contribute to a seamless candidate experience.
