We are now looking for an

 

Assistant H/F

 

to join our team working for a better future. The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Paris.
 

As Assistant, your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

 

  • Bring Support to the team on documents, offers
  • Will coordinate the organization in events and seminars
  • Executes office operations to ensure a productive and organized working environment. Coordinates office services such as space allocation, facilities and office systems maintenance, and office supplies.
  • Develops and implements office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of office activities.
  • Assists in the planning and execution of internal events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Acts as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding office-related inquiries.
  • Supports the implementation of office policies and processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Facilitates communication within the office and with other units to ensure smooth operations

 

To be successful in this role we expect you to have:

 

  • Bac+2 Assistant and management
  • Experience in the same role in global companies, preferably in Industry
  • Experience or willing to work on communication topics (social media)
  • Autonomous
  • High sense of service

Nous recherchons un Assistant H/F pour notre équipe à Paris. 

 

Ce que vous ferez:

 

  • Apporter un soutien à l'équipe sur les documents, les offres
  • Coordonner l'organisation d'événements et de séminaires
  • Exécuter les opérations de bureau pour garantir un environnement de travail productif et organisé. Coordonner les services de bureau tels que l'attribution d'espace, l'entretien des installations et des systèmes de bureau, et les fournitures de bureau.
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des politiques et des procédures de bureau pour améliorer l'efficacité et l'efficience des activités de bureau.
  • Aider à la planification et à l'exécution d'événements internes et de réunions, en veillant à ce que toute la logistique soit gérée efficacement.
  • Agir en tant que point de contact pour les parties prenantes internes et externes concernant les demandes liées au bureau.
  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre des politiques et des processus de bureau pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Faciliter la communication au sein du bureau et avec d'autres unités pour garantir un bon fonctionnement.

 

Qui vous êtes:

 

  • Titulaire BAC+2 en assistanat/gestion
  • Expérience dans le même rôle au sein d'entreprises mondiales, de préférence dans l'industrie
  • Expérience ou volonté de travailler sur des sujets de communication (réseaux sociaux)
  • Autonome et rigueur
  • Anglais courant
  • Grand sens du service
