Join us as Maintenance Manager an support our operation withing the savli location to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation and maintenance of all location facilities and utilities, by proactively managing breakdown, preventive, and planned maintenance activities, adhering to all regulatory requirements, optimizing equipment availability, and driving continuous improvement in processes and energy efficiency, while upholding Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensures adherence to all government regulations and licensing requirements, including MGVCL, GETCO, DG duty, Electrical Inspector approvals, RTO, CEIG, energy audits, thermography, and HV installations, on a daily basis.

  • Directs the execution of breakdown, preventive, and planned maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and civil activities across common and factory areas.

  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the operation and maintenance of common utilities.

  • Manages and updates technical equipment documentation, resolving critical technical and equipment issues to maximize equipment availability.

  • Maintains tools and repairs equipment to ensure optimal functionality, while optimizing operational and energy efficiency.

  • Proposes and implements improvement projects for processes and production lines, aimed at reducing routine and non-routine maintenance.

  • Responds promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and operational issues to minimize disruptions in the factory.

  • Implements and enforces health, safety, and environmental guidelines to protect personnel and resources.

  • Demonstrates expertise in HV/LV breakers, electrical drawings, common utility maintenance, and power and control circuit operations.

  • Monitors and manages key performance indicators (KPIs) including machine availability, OEE, MTTR, MTBR, and energy management.

Your Background

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical

  • 10-12 years of comprehensive experience in industrial plant maintenance and project execution.

  • Having good knowledge of SAP PE1 system.

  • Demonstrated expertise in the overall maintenance and operation of diverse electrical systems, including power distribution networks, diesel generator sets, HV/LV panels, transformers, air compressors, HVAC system, Material Handling equipment and Misc. Civil activities.

  • Proven ability to effectively manage and coordinate with contractors and internationally staffed teams.

  • Extensive experience in liaising and collaborating with government regulatory bodies such as MGVCL, GETCO, CEIG, DG Duty Inspector, and RTO.

  • Solid understanding of common utility systems, including fire hydrant networks, water networks, STP plants, and outdoor lighting.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
