Job Summary:
The HR Shared Services Support Specialist is a multifaceted role that combines expertise in HR operations with a history of providing exceptional support services.
Responsibilities:

• Utilize extensive experience in HR shared services to offer guidance and support to both employees and the HR team.
• Leverage a deep understanding of HR processes and systems gained from previous roles to enhance service delivery.
• Process a wide range of HR transactions, drawing on a strong background in employee lifecycle management.
• Address complex employee inquiries, applying problem-solving skills honed through years of support experience.
• Maintain meticulous employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, a skillset developed from past HR support roles.
• Assist in the administration of comprehensive benefits programs, capitalizing on previous experience in benefits support.
• Analyze HR data and generate reports, using analytical abilities refined in prior HR support positions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR services, bringing a wealth of knowledge from previous support focused roles.

Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field with at least 5 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of HR laws, regulations, and requirements.
• Experience with HRIS system and Microsoft 365.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage benefits information and educated employees.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong experience with data analysis techniques to make recommendations on recruitment, retention, and other HR functions.
• Innovation: Propose creative solutions.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is also beneficial.
• Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting & Resource allocation.
• Effectively manage improvement projects throughout the project’s life cycle, ensuring strategic alignment and deliverable focus.
