Deine Aufgaben:
- Als Procurement Manager bist du zentral verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung der Einkaufsstrukturen unseres Smart Meter Geschäfts. Dies beinhaltet im Detail:
- Du bist für den Aufbau, die Betreuung und die Steuerung unserer Lieferanten in Deutschland zuständig. Dazu gehören Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen, das Beziehungsmanagement sowie das Eskalationsmanagement.
- Du optimierst sowohl interne Prozesse als auch die Abläufe mit unseren Lieferanten.
- Du entwickelst und setzt Maßnahmen zur Effizienz- und Kostenoptimierung um.
- Du implementierst und pflegst Reportingstrukturen zur Überwachung und Bewertung der unserer Lieferanten.
- Du entwickelst und implementierst Risikomanagementstrategien für die Lieferkette.
Dein Background:
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Supply Chain Management oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich. Alternativ verfügst du über umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung in diesem Beruf.
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lieferanten mit.
- Du besitzt fundiertes Wissen in den Bereichen Einkauf, Verhandlung und Lieferantenentwicklung.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist lösungsorientiert und hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu lösen.
- Du hast Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Pflege von Governance- und Reportingstrukturen zur Überwachung und Bewertung der Lieferanten.
- Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit externen Stakeholdern.
- Du sprichst sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch fließend.
