任务 /Tasks

• 按照相关流程完成焊接设备的维修工作，包括焊机，送丝机，水箱，焊枪等设备。 / Perform repair or maintenance service for the Fronius welding products according to the relevant working process, include welding power sources, wire feeders, cooling units, welding torches and so on.
• 按照相关流程完成充电器设备的维修工作。 / Perform repair or maintenance service for the Fronius battery charger products according to the relevant working process.
• 通过ERP系统管理维修订单，包括建立维修单，报价单制作，出库维修备件，开具ERP系统发票等。 / Manage service orders via ERP system, include create service orders, create quotation for service orders, spareparts management in ERP system, invoice management in ERP system.
• 通过ERP系统管理国内代理商对质保案件索赔。 / Management and maintenance warranty claim cases for dealer via ERP system.
• 协助公司活动，包括但不限于，展会支持，培训支持。 / Supporting on company activity, include but not limited to support trade fairs, support training activity.
• 给与VSP团队关于维修相关的支持。 / Technical support to VSP team on repair or maintenance related issues.

职位要求 / Requirements

• 有ERP经验者优先 / ERP experience is preferred
• 综合IT技能 /  Comprehensive IT skills
• 熟练掌握英语听说读写 / Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing
• 大专及以上，电子或者机械专业或者商务管理专业 / Associate degree or above, major in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or Business Management
• 3年及3年以上电子或者机械或者商务管理工作经验者优先 / 3 years or more working experience in Electronic or Mechanical or Business Management is preferred
