Responsibilities:
- Creation of a portfolio of new clients in the area.
- Cross Selling with existing customers on a permanent basis.
- Provide training to customers, planning one Tech Day per quarter in your area.
- Attend industry specific exhibitions and seminars according to your area.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports of activity, sales, opportunities and weekly visit plans.
- Generate technical reports, cost-benefit studies.
- Maintain open sales opportunities and document them in CRM to meet annual growth objectives for your area.
- Creation and use of Value Case Studies (VCS).
- Monitor customer price levels and apply corresponding increases to maintain target margins.
- Focus on increasing sales in priority market segments in the corresponding zone.
- Other tasks and special projects as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
a) Grade: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
b) Expertise: Not required
c) Experience: 2 years in sales
d) Skills:
- Technical sales
- Language: Intermediate - Advanced English
- Negotiation Techniques
- Team work
- Administration skills
- Knowledge of the industrial market of the territory
