Responsibilities:
- Visit potential and existing customers, assessing satisfaction, identifying sales opportunities, and presenting product and service differentiators to close deals and establish partnerships.
- Prospect new customers and business opportunities in collaboration with Marketing, expanding the sales funnel.
- Apply consultative sales techniques, cross-selling, and objection handling, leveraging internal support areas to drive business growth.
- Support and prepare commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and commercial guidelines.
- Monitor proposals and conduct follow-ups via CRM, regular visits, and customer interactions to drive conversions.
- Negotiate commercial and technical conditions within authorized parameters to achieve optimal results.
- Provide technical support in after-sales and warranty cases, resolving issues on-site or engaging the technical assistance team.
- Train customer teams, sharing technical and operational knowledge to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new opportunities in industrial sealing solutions and propose proactive approaches to improve plant reliability.
- Act with a “Customer Centricity” mindset, ensuring strategic customer service and an excellent client experience.
- Oversee product registration in the system and identify new customer projects to expand market share.
- Assist the finance department in credit recovery and support renegotiation of delivery timelines.
- Support contract management and resolution of logistical issues.
- Register and escalate customer complaints to the sales support team for proper handling.
- Perform external activities, including working at heights and in confined spaces, as required and per training.
Qualifications:
Technician in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Desirable: Completed or ongoing higher education in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or a related fieldReside in the Central-West region
