THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT
- Maintain and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers
- Train, manage, and develop third-party logistics providers
- Investigate, monitor and respond to core operational performance (KPIs) for on-streets operations
- Implement the company’s operational best practices
- Optimise the logistics work for a great customer experience: vehicles need to be in the right place, at the right time
- Coordinate with regional market teams for vehicle transfers
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
- Experience managing subcontractors or key account management in a logistics or operational context
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- 2-3+ years relevant experience
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong German and English language skills required
- Management or supervisory experience in a blue-collar environment desired
- Good analytical skills, curiosity, and ability to work with data sets: Excel/ gSheets skills are a must
- Experience working with subcontractors, contract management or key account management is essential
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously and take responsibility and ownership, while still working towards company objectives
- Demonstrates ability to plan ahead – structured, organised, and proactive
- Calm in the face of pressure, doesn’t get overwhelmed easily
