Responsibilities:
Elaboration of items and supplements for the weekly and fourteen-day payroll process.
Revision of profit calculation.
Revision of IMSS, INFONAVIT, vouchers, SUA, FONACOT.
- Manage and update the employee database.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or other careers.
Intermediate English.
- Advanced Excel management, SUA, nomination packages and administrative processes.
- Calculation of bonuses, profit sharing and liquidations, payroll tax, variability, special payrolls.
- LFT, IDSE, SUA, IMSS
Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
Innovation: Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions.
