Fuel Office Clerk

Transdev in Bel Air, MD is hiring an Office/Fuel Clerk. The Office/Fuel Clerk performs all administrative functions for the location within the fuel and administrative office. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety

Transdev is proud to offer:

Competitive compensation package of $18.00 - $21.00

Benefits include:

Key Responsibilities:

Process daily transaction from fuel sites
Reconcile all fuel transactions
Maintain Monthly Inventory Record
Order fuel as needed or as directed.
Ensure deliveries are made in accordance with the Contract.
Log fuel tickets and invoices. Check for accuracy in pricing and submit for payment.
Download fuel transactions into Faster Maintenance Database
Encode / deactivate fuel key fobs
Record log and surplus fuel key fobs
Maintain various databases in an accurate and timely manner.
Troubleshoot fuel and billing discrepancies.
Initiate service calls for repairs to fuel island and system.
Maintain all records and reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
Run and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual reports.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of data entry experience
Advanced proficiency with MS office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
