  • Create detailed project plans to map out training from RFQ to delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to compare purchased services and in-house development costs.
  • Work with plant SMEs and suppliers to finalize Course Descriptions, Objectives, and Outlines for Operator, Electrical, Mechanical, and Instructor guides.
  • Use Lucid Motors LMS to create curriculums and courses to track supplier training.
  • Provide recommendations for training and development opportunities based on observations and organizational needs.
  • Measure learning effectiveness and develop solutions to address learning and performance gaps.
  • Support L&D initiates as assigned.

You Bring:

  • Proven experience in gathering training requirements to meet business needs.
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to strategize for long-term goals.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Willingness to travel to Lucid facilities and suppliers as required. Up to 10%.
