Sensata Technologies is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Industrial Business Unit. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting revenue planning, forecasting, reporting, and market analysis. You will partner closely with the Business Unit Leadership Team, coordinating the development of revenue forecasts and delivering data-driven insights through advanced analysis and visual reporting in Power BI. This is a highly collaborative role suited for someone who thrives on turning data into strategic decisions and enjoys working cross-functionally in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

• BS Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or Statistics.
• 2-5 years relevant experience in product research, financial planning and analysis, or demand forecasting.
• Presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate assumptions, methods, and results to peers and management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Access.
• Demonstrated experience in working with regression analysis, financial forecasting, and statistical analysis
• Experience working with foreign currencies preferred.
• Experience working with Oracle ERP and Oracle Demantra tools preferred.
• Ability to work in a collaborative global environment under tight timelines.
• Business-to-Business and/or industrial manufacturing experience would be a plus.
