Responsibilities:

1.Project establishment and cost budget management.
2.Project schedule milestone control.
3.Regular project meeting, control project progress, meet customer's time demand. 
4.Coordinate multi-functional team to complete the development work and project work.
5.To product engineering technology development: confirm material information with customer, BOM establishment, process program confirmation, test outline confirmation, packaging logistics specifications.
6.Engineering change management.
7. Tracking the closing status and progress of development issues, and confirming the improvement effect of project issue improvement measures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in science and engineering (textile, polymer, mechanical, etc.).
2. 5+ years of experience in automotive interior product development.
3. 3+ years of experience in autonomous development projects for interior parts in automotive industry, experience in interior development for domestic NEV OEM is preferred.
4.Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system and VDA6.3 process development process, able to independently lead the team to deal with customer process audit.
5. Flexible thinking, strong pressure resistance.
