Graduate Business Analyst

Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in Supply Chain Management or a related field? Looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Graduate Business Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your knowledge, contribute to meaningful work, and gain exposure across key areas of the supply chain – from procurement and shipping to data entry and performance tracking.

As our Graduate Business Analyst, you’ll support the daily operations of our supply chain and procurement functions.

What you'll do:

• Tracking shipments from dispatch to delivery

• Raising purchase requisitions to ensure timely availability of parts and materials

• Maintaining KPIs, including:

o On-Time In-Full (OTIF)

o Delivery performance

o Shortages and adjustments

o Cost tracking and PPV (Purchase Price Variance) analysis

o Open vs. closed purchase orders

• Data entry into internal systems with speed and accuracy

• Collaborating with the supply chain team to update them on order statuses

• Supporting additional tasks such as goods receiving, assembly order closure, and special projects

• Actively learning about our products to enhance accuracy in your work

• Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies

Ideally you'll have/be:

• A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline

• A methodical, detail-focused mindset

• Strong communication and admin skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Initiative and great time management

• Comfortable using IT systems and office software
