Your Roles

• Project Portfolio Management: oversee the development and implementation of climate projects from inception to completion, working closely with Regional Program Managers and Carbon Analysts, whom you will manage and mentor.

• Project Origination & Development: contribute to the identification of new project opportunities and lead the end-to-end development of projects together with other project managers, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.

• Framework & Process Development: design and implement robust frameworks and processes to manage project relationships, timelines, and milestones. Ensure efficient communication and collaboration across teams.

• Transparency & Reporting: provide clear, concise, and regular updates on project progress, both internally and externally. Prepare detailed project summaries for management reviews and investment committee presentations.

• Tool Utilization & Optimization: leverage project management tools and platforms to enhance team communication, project tracking, and overall operational efficiency.

• Due Diligence & Risk Management: ensure comprehensive due diligence, risk management, and governance processes are applied to each project, enabling data-driven decision-making.

• Market Monitoring & Investment Support: stay informed on market trends, new technologies, and emerging opportunities in the carbon space. Support investment decisions related to carbon projects by providing insights and analyses.

• Stakeholder Engagement: act as the key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners, strengthening relationships and fostering collaboration to ensure successful portfolio development.

Your Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in the sustainability and carbon market.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

• You possess excellent oral and written skills in English.

• You want to contribute to a growing team of people willing to become changemakers.
