About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic service-oriented Campus Engagement and Outreach Business Partner to join our team. This role is pivotal in promoting the Eurofins U.S Network brand with a focus on fostering high collaboration with business partners, building robust campus engagement programs nationwide and building professional development outreach programs that align with network EEO standards.

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible sourcing and screening early talent, strengthening network of volunteers and outreach coordinators, enhancing our social media presence, and conducting focus groups with University Career centers on student content and outreach.

 

Position Description:

 

  • Develop and expand relationships with Colleges and Universities career centers to build out content and program for network legal entities campus engagement goals
  • Partner with network Talent teams to coordinate on-campus/ virtual events and engagements; identifying key schools and programs for continued outreach
  • Build and Manage network Ambassador program for network volunteer opportunities, job fairs, and engagement events
  • Partner with the Talent Engagement team and hiring team(s) to create and implement early talent sourcing strategies using the Handshake Platform
  • Build robust candidate pipelines across a diverse range of business areas, through engaging, pre-screening, and early talent recruiting efforts
  • Execute sourcing searches through Handshake platform that include messaging, cold calling, pre-screening, and presenting candidates to network Talent team(s)
  • Provide talent market insights, including volume of students within degree programs within regions/ territories to enable Talent teams and legal entities for targeted outreach and engagement activity for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate in-person and virtual early Talent Engagement webinars on a bimonthly basis with network Talent team(s)
  • Coordinate market job fairs for collegiate and professional events; attend events as needed
  • Maintain detailed project plan for all coordinated early talent efforts for U.S network.
  • Implement tracking systems with direct leader to ensure timely completion of early talent milestones, assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and measure the return on investment through metrics such as candidate quality, hiring speed, and overall costs.
  • Engage and coordinate with professional development groups focused on veteran and disability outreach and engagement.
  • Coordinate with brand Marketing teams on posting of content for social media platforms/campaigns
  • Coordinate with global campus team for synchronization of content and strategy alignment
  • May be required to work some evenings and weekends and travel up to 25% of the time
