About the Job

Full time position based in Brisbane, QLD
Shift times either Monday - Friday, 9am – 5pm or 2pm - 10 pm
Extra 1.5% superannuation paid on top of pay rate

Reporting to the team leader, a Sample Receipt Officer is responsible for performing the work of the sample receipt area and other specific duties.

Key accountabilities will include but not limited to:

Sample Receipt & login– including storage of samples on arrival, and registration in LIMS.
Sample Management – good housekeeping practices.
Checking registration against the COC Laying out samples.
Send Split samples/overseas.
Temperature charts (according to Eurofins protocols).
Biosecurity samples (according to Eurofins protocols).
Liaising with clients to ensure correct contract requirements.
Other duties as directed.
Contract Review.
