Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer all aspects of the contract management process
- Evaluate and review requirements and contracts to prevent potential disputes and risks
- Identify potential risks contract changes can pose to Freudenberg
- Analyse contract clauses, obligations, and liabilities
- Review and modify contracts, templates, and other documents according to Freudenberg standards
- Work with corporate legal to develop standard language and guidelines for contracts
- Recommend and draft contract provisions within the Team
- Provide information and guidance in advising internal various functional departments
- Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings and contract discussions
- Support contract negotiations
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Freudenberg groups and entities
- Collaborate in the development of process instructions for the operational areas (best-practice solutions)
- Support sales and corporate legal in projects and other operational tasks related to contracts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business or other related field of study
- Studies/ Certification or demonstrated experience in business or corporate law and legal requirements pertaining to relevant contracts
- Paralegal certification or at least 5 years of legal experience in contracts management
- Strong communication skills (correspondence / mail / international calls in English)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel as aligned with role
