<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial requirements, and supporting our business objectives.</p><ul><li>Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, subcontracts, and agreements</li><li>Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, and client requirements, including local Saudi Arabian regulations</li><li>Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies</li><li>Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and obligations</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to provide contractual guidance and resolve disputes</li><li>Coordinate with legal, procurement, and finance departments to streamline contract processes</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and records</li><li>Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify areas for improvement and cost savings</li><li>Develop and implement standardized contract templates and processes</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting contract management</li><li>Provide training and guidance to team members on contract management best practices</li></ul>
