As a Manufacturing Technician, Powertrain, you will provide support with electrical and mechanical integration, possess basic knowledge of mechanical design, and demonstrate advanced proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools.

 

You will:

  • Assist in the integration of electrical systems and components into manufacturing processes
  • Support mechanical integration tasks, ensuring seamless operation of machinery and equipment
  • Apply basic mechanical design principles to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform assembly, maintenance, and repair tasks
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and equipment specifications
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including the implementation and maintenance of safety systems
  • Understand and validate process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal manufacturing performance
  • Provide basic process knowledge to support continuous improvement initiatives

 

You bring:

  • Proven experience in electrical and mechanical integration within a manufacturing environment
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices
  • Advanced proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
  • Experience with safety systems in manufacturing environments
  • Basic understanding of process KPIs and how to validate them
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork abilities
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience with CAD software and mechanical design tools is preferred
  • Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations is preferred
