Responsibilities:

• Support the MarCom team in implementing regional marketing communication activities;
• Contribute to the creation of marketing content for product information, promotional materials, and customer references;
• Maintain website content and support email marketing, social media, and press activities;
• Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, events, and sales-driven marketing campaigns;
• Coordinate promotional material orders, supplier catalog updates, and create documents using Adobe and MS Office;
• Assist with maintaining the portal, including structuring, publishing, and optimizing content, as well as supporting internal newsletters and news releases, and coordinating with departments for smooth information distribution;
• Provide templates, guidelines, and marketing materials to sales teams and assist with training on marketing tools;
• Marketing Support for European & International Locations;
• Ensure adherence to corporate design, translate marketing content, create promotional materials, plan and execute trade shows, and utilize MarCom-provided marketing resources.

Qualifications:

• Relevant completed studies in marketing or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in a similar position;
• Fluent English skills (at least C1 level), German skills are an advantage;
• Initial experience in developing and successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies in a technically oriented B2B environment, with consideration of the marketing mix, is desirable;
• Confident use of all MS Office applications; knowledge of TYPO3, PimCore, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus;
• Strong conceptual and analytical abilities, independent working style, team player with a positive attitude and a high sense of responsibility.
