Position Specific Description
The Marketing Specialist will assist in executing communication strategies and coordinating projects to enhance and protect the company’s reputation. This role will be accountable for managing and executing campaigns, analyzing performance, developing dashboards, and coordinating campaign development initiatives. Tasks will also include handling event coordination and supporting the commercial side of the business’ internal and external communications initiatives.
• Must have demonstrated strong written and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Ability to create and analyze campaign reports from a database to draw conclusions
• Detail oriented and able to manage to multiple deadlines
• Understanding of basic marketing concepts
• Familiarity with digital marketing; social media, email marketing
• Proven experience in marketing strategy and B2C lead generation, and running multi-channel campaigns (digital advertising, web, social media, email, direct mail)
• A talent for creative thinking and problem-solving. A demonstrated track record in designing, delivering and managing scalable GTM campaigns that achieve customer lead generation, sales and/or retention goals.
• Takes a data-driven approach; conducts tests, performs analysis and research, and optimizes to improve ROI.
• Explore, test, and refine innovative new approaches designed to engage customers at all levels of their buying journey and deliver appropriate and compelling content and messages to them at the right time and in the right way.
• Experience in project management a plus.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects to achieve business objectives.
Job Overview
This job is responsible for assisting with projects from the earliest stages of concept and development through to successful, on-time completion as measured by achievement of metrics.
