Job Summary:

The warehouse supervisor will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse, managing staff, inventory, and ensuring efficient flow of goods to production. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized environment, ensuring accurate inventory, and coordinating with other departments to optimize warehouse processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Supervision: Direct and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. 

·         Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure timely replenishment. 

·         Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. 

·         Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to streamline warehouse activities and improve efficiency. 

·         Problem-solving: Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth warehouse operations. 

 

Required Skills:

·         Leadership and Supervision: Ability to motivate and direct staff effectively.

·         Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

·         Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff, management, and other departments.

·         Inventory Management: Knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures.

·         Safety Knowledge: Understanding safety regulations and protocols. 

 

Education & Experience

·         A B.S. degree is preferred.

·         A minimum of 5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor.
