• Directs daily operations management and interface with client.
•       Provide strategic planning and direction to staff and subcontractors
•       Interaction with Federal, State, and City oversight authorities
•       Manage contract compliance 
•       Has shared responsibility for scheduling, performance evaluations, and staffing          responsibilities 

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, Railroad Management, or related field preferred 
• 5+ years of supervisory or management skills in a similar position
• Knowledge of relevant federal and state employment laws 
• Ability to deal with state and local government 
• Ability to manage cost control and financial/ budget experience 
• Ability to organize and perform work efficiently. Strong attention to detail
• Ability to navigate Labor Relation issues and work effectively with union partners
• Must be able to work flexible work schedule as needed

• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
• Lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level

• Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
