Responsibilities:

- Regular participation in meetings on new projects, contact with Application Teams, Launch Managers, and program buyers to obtain Material Number Requests and data needed to create SAP Master Data.

- Creating SAP no for the final parts + materials + packaging.

- Creating BOM’s - Based on technical drawings from TeamCenter (reading drawings).

- Creating Routing’s - Contact the local engineering process department to obtain realistic production process times and create Routing in SAP based on that. - Creating Sap Production Version’s.

- Creating Sap calculations.

- Verification and release of calculations. Contact with Costing Department to obtain VQS. Checking the difference between VQS and SAP standard calculation.

- Verification of material prices at the quarterly Costing Run’s.

- Support to controllers in ad-hock reports, preparation of data for repricing for purchasing sales departments , planning , year-end closing.

Qualifications:

- Student pursuing a degree in Economics, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field

- Knowledge of the accounting regulations

- Communicative English skills

- Independent, committed, reliable and meticulous working style

- Very good knowledge of MS Office programmes, especially Excel

- High level of commitment and communication skills
