The Project
The project includes the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the plant with first production in 2028. Works include marine works and tunnels, seawater intake system, a seawater reverse osmosis desalination plant, groundwater system, drinking water storage and pump system, supported by civil, electrical and bulk earthworks.

Key accountabilities for the position

• Run Pre-starts & tool box talks to communicate construction activities effectively to site based teams
• Safety Management and maintaining safe systems and processes for everyone on site
• Environmental Management
• Quality Management
• Be responsible for the efficient deployment of labour, plant and other resources to the area or areas of the project allocated
• Be responsible for all works being planned and executed in a manner that meets or exceeds budget expectations
• Maintain 2 week look ahead's and provide input to further planning and programming
• Proactively support, guide and develop direct reports actively
• Follow the approved construction sequences and methods prescribed in the approved Work-packs
• Exhibit behaviours to foster a professional culture of integrity, respect and inclusivity in line with our Alliance & company values

• You will have considerable experience working on civil infrastructure projects as a supervisor ideally with an extensive track record of delivering civils, earthworks packages
• Highly effective communication skills with an ability to problem solve, collaborate and influence
• Extensive experience in project management, reporting, program and planning, commercial acumen, and digital savvy
• Current Drivers Licence, health and safety certification, white card
