BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative BIM Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across our projects, ensuring efficient collaboration between various disciplines and optimizing project outcomes.

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for the organization
• Coordinate BIM implementation across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and project requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM processes into project lifecycles
• Oversee the creation and management of 3D models, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Conduct clash detection analyses and coordinate resolution of conflicts between different building systems
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and methodologies
• Evaluate and implement new BIM technologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivity
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet client requirements and industry standards
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate BIM strategies and benefits
• Monitor and report on BIM implementation progress across projects
• Stay updated on the latest BIM trends and best practices in the construction industry
