Responsibilities:
- Managing customer relations for own customer portfolio;
- Order acceptance and processing in the ERP system;
- Checking and ensuring the availability of goods;
- Order tracking until delivery;
- Managing information flow between internal and external customers;
- Quotation process and follow-up;
- Active management of customer queries;
- Managing customer queries and claims related to products or processes;
- Preparation of order documents and coordination of triangular shipments;
- Ensuring information accuracy regarding customer and material master data;
- Issuing delivery notes and invoices for specific situations;
- Other sales supporting activities;
- Recognizes and analyses problems and related factors in clear-cut situations, evaluates each element using established methods, and makes well-informed decisions;
- Help in training and supports the onboarding for New Hire;
- Propose alternative articles for basic situations;
- Propose solutions for identified problems encountered in the daily business;
- Identifies needs for process improvement and help in the implementing the provided solutions;
- Participate in project integrations;
- Issuing of credit notes for bonus payments and provisions.
Qualifications:
- Typical entry level for college/university graduate plus up to one year of job relevant experience;
- Experience in similar position / BPO industry;
- Experience in Automotive – would be an advantage;
- Advanced English and German knowledge.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.);
- Experience in working with SAP and/or CRM tools represent an advantage;
- Independent and responsible way of working;
- Good communication skills and team spirit;
- Innovative mindset;
- Has clear overview for the end to end process;
- Fact-driven and strong analytical skills;
- High ambition and customer orientation in the B2B area;
- Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a job discipline;
- Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines;
- Works under regular close supervision and receives intense instruction, guidance and direction;
- Requires expanded conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within own job discipline including substantial knowledge about practical applications;
- Conveys complex information clearly in uncomplicated situations;
- Resolves issues in simple scenarios by evaluating potential solutions through technical expertise, judgment, and established precedents;
- Operates under regular supervision and follows guidance and direction from higher-level roles;
- Has limited flexibility to deviate from standard procedures when executing structured tasks;
- Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work;
- 1-3 Years of experience in complex situations;
- Extended Knowledge in INCOTERMS and required documents for export/country;
- Has working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience;
- Pinpoints problems and relevant issues in simple scenarios, evaluates them through standard processes, and makes reliable decisions;
- Possesses a basic understanding of essential theories, principles, and practices.
