About the Job

Perform evaluations and laboratory testing on primary container-closure components and system, critical secondary packaging, and shipping systems utilizing mechanical testing equipment and dimension measurement instruments
Execute methods, collect data, and document results in lab notebooks and LIMS
Participate in the development of laboratory test methods or equipment to ensure reliability and accuracy of results
Ensure all activities follow established safety standards, regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP)
Lead team, schedule, and train employees in client environment
Prepare and review job plans, conduct semiannual performance reviews, interview applicants, keep training records up to date for assigned employees, perform succession planning in preparation for growth
Coach and develop individuals and team to maximize performance
