About the Job

Your tasks will include

eAgronom is on a mission to transform the agricultural industry by enabling farmers and businesses to take meaningful climate action. Our platform provides innovative solutions for carbon measurement, reporting, and verification (MRV), helping farmers and companies meet sustainability goals and reduce their environmental impact.

Your Role & Impact

As a Senior Product Designer at eAgronom, you’ll shape intuitive experiences that help farmers become champions of sustainability. You’ll design workflows that make capturing and understanding agricultural data simple, motivating, and meaningful—enabling farmers to accurately report their climate actions, make smarter decisions for their farms, and earn rewards for their positive impact on the planet. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll turn complex data and measurement processes into clear, user-centred tools that make sustainability feel both achievable and worthwhile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user-centred solutions that balance user insights and business needs. Your main focus will be to make providing agricultural information effortless for farmers—motivating to enter, easy to recall and input, and meaningful for various stakeholders to measure climate impact and reward farmers.

  • Conduct user research to uncover pain points, identify opportunities, help guide product improvements, and measure the impact of design.

  • Apply design methodologies and tools depending on the project scope and constraints to validate and iterate ideas.

  • Collaborate with other designers, product managers, developers, and the business, and champion great UX across the organization.

  • Iterate on and refine our design system, ensuring a cohesive visual and user experience that scales as we grow.

  • Work with the design team to ensure consistency in eAgronom’s visual and user experience direction, and be open to receiving and providing feedback on design work.

  • Contribute to how we work, ship, and bring design into strategic conversations.

Must-haves

  • Experienced product designer with 5+ years of experience in creating clear, intuitive, and elegant user interfaces, primarily for the web (mobile is a plus).

  • You’ve worked on projects with numerous data points, making the information easy to enter and understand for non-technical users.

  • Empathetic and collaborative team player, who takes initiative, and is driven to understand users’ real-world challenges, get to the root of problems, and design solutions that genuinely resonate with users’ needs.

  • Skilled at balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints, while maintaining a clear focus on the broader user journey beyond individual screens.

  • A strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Proficient in designing and prototyping in Figma.

  • You have a portfolio that showcases strong problem-solving skills, design impact, and visual craft.

  • Curious and growth-minded, always looking to learn and stay ahead of trends in the design field.

  • Fluent in English and comfortable collaborating in a remote, global environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with service design principles, such as customer journey mapping.

  • Experience in designing for user engagement.
